Rose met Pepe Moretti at the beach as the sun had just set, it was vacant apart from him. He was a step up from Diego in terms of looks.
He also had no issues with flirting with a woman who wasn't his wife. Rose gave him her number and told him to come over to her place sometime.
Rose wasn't surprised when he accepted his offer,but she was surprised that he had gained fairy wings. He had gotten the powers somehow before coming over, it only made seducing him all the more interesting.

The next morning Rose was already showing signs of her pregnancy.
So Rose insisted he go back to his wife, he didn't seem fond to hear it.
Pregnant again, Rose worked on getting to know some other people in town. The baby in her stomach wasn't her first child and somehow she knew it wouldn't be her last.
