Eni had called Rose to set up a play date with Iris and Amaryllis. Eni had two twin boys, Jarrod and Cole, they came over to spend the afternoon
While the boys were over at Rose's house, the teens also got together at Kristopher's house
Amaryllis hung out with Kristopher for awhile but she found herself getting bored early on with his jokes and decided to go home early
Leaving just Marigold, the miffed babysitter, Kristopher and his little sister in the house.
It was a brisk snow day, with the full moon looming on that night. They decided to make a snow man.
After talking for awhile, Kristopher asked if she would like to see something cool
It was impossible to say no when she had so many stomach butterflies
He got really close beside her out on the porch and pointed out a bright spot in the sky.
"Thats home, I'd like to show you it some day"
Marigold couldn't stop beaming about it, they spoke about his future and hers. Their dreams, hopes, desires. It felt like they spent forever looking at the sky together.
They were reluctant to part, he looked at her with a smile and asked "Would you like to go on a real date some time...and be my girlfriend?"

Inside the house, she surprised him by turning around and.... giving him a kiss!
The evening of romantic success ended up in missing curfew, so Marigold did get an unexpected ride home
Just in time to find out her mom is pregnant again!
