After the big confession from Quince, Rose decided to visit Marigold. As one of her eldest, Marigold had already given her two grandchildren, it only made sense to visit them before the newest arrival. Marigold was thrilled to see her mom.
But she did confess that she was going to a party with Kristopher and they would not be able to make this as long of a visit as they may have liked. Rose assured her it would be plenty.
Chrysanthemum was pleasantly surprised when she came home and gave Rose a big bear hug. She gave an update that she was a reporter now and was doing well. She didn't have a boyfriend just yet because she wanted to get ahead.
Rose was quick to scoop up her grandson Clayton, he had his fathers looks but he was actually a fairy and not an alien.
Her granddaughter Ruby had been visiting a friend, but she came home in time to say hello to her grandmother before they all had to leave. Rose was pleasantly surprised that her bright red hair had passed down to Ruby. It made her very appropriately named.
Ruby filled Rose in on all of her exciting adventures. Rose smiled, the girl was a pleasure to be around. She let her know that she had a son that was Ruby's same age, Uncle Lotus, who would likely love having a play date with the her.
Ruby gave her full hearted agreement and they shared a hug. Marigold called out from the other room and said they'd need to be leaving now so Rose politely made her exit. Rose knew she would have to tell Eni about what a pretty alien girl Ruby was growing up to be.
She decided to head home after and check up on the kids.
Without Cosmos in the house Dahlia had been taking an interest in music
Poppy was being cute, both of the toddlers were content
Violet's dancing was amusing to say the least
Star had joined Violet, doing a pregnant lady shuffle
Jasmine turned into a pretty young lady right before Rose's eyes
And Lupine grew into a fine young man, he still had his messy locks of hair to go with quirky sense of style
