A family outing was called for, so Rose packed everyone up and went to visit her old friends
Xias was looking as old as Rose, they both bonded over the kids growing up
Rose announced Quince's recent engagement and let him know about the grandkids. Xias smiled and insisted that Rose go up and tell Eni about everything
They had a great reunion, it had been awhile since the last time Rose had a break between pregnancies
The kids, weren't getting along quite as well.
It was the first time meeting Ernie, who wasn't a delight.
Violet was not shy to tell him off for insulting her.
After snarling at her, he stomped into the other direction
To come face to face with Jasmine. Since aging up she had taken to practicing her spells and rather inappropriately had chosen to use her new found skill on Ernie.
"Ala! Kazam!"
Needless to say, he was not impressed with either of the sisters.
Jasmine apologized immediately, she had been trying to cast a good luck charm and hadn't meant any harm. Soon she had Ernie warmed up to her, laughing and smiling at the situation, which is when she approached his behavior with her sister. She 'strongly' encouraged him to make up with Violet. Her little wand swish sealed the deal.
Being unstable, Violet was really upset about the argument and was distraught.
When Ernie came over and apologized she accepted it and provided an apology of her own.
The rest of the evening went fairly well.
Someone else in the house was demonstrating his own talent.
Poppy and Daffodil were doing fairly well. Quince and Star had only stopped long enough to say hello to their alien neighbours before heading home to help with the little ones.
They kept Poppy entertained.

Star was really spending a lot of time with the kids now that she knew she would soon be expecting her own child soon.
The rest of the family came home after spending the evening out. Rose taught Daffodil all of her skills and Poppy was almost finished learning everything he had to know as well.
Just as everyone else was tucked in bed, Lupine got out his pen and paper and wrote a note to his crush.
It was Eni's other child, Ana. Apparently he had a private moment with her that had gone unnoticed amongst all of the ruckus of the night.
