100 baby challenge - second generation - part twelve

Not long after the wedding, Opal aged up and was ready to go to school

Tulip's pregnancy had been relatively uneventful

Deric showed up for the birth but Tulip sent him home shortly after they dropped off the triplets

Tulip later came out to see that someone was sniffing around her garbage can. She was a bit miffed at his actions, but invited Mr. Martin Eames indoors

He seemed like an interesting enough fellow, he didn't even flinch when Tulip stopped mid conversation to down a ghost potion that Saffron wanted her to try

In fact, it seemed to make her more intriguing to him

Obsidian caught an eyeful of the father of Colette he would have rather not seen

Tulip resolved to lock the door next time she had a man around for baby jingle purposes!

Before Martin left, Tulip made a point to say that he should stay with his wife. Martin was unhappy to have the affair end, but he relented.

100 baby challenge - second generation - Night fall wedding

When Ruby and Emerald came home that night, they had their birthdays

Tulip's first twins were all grown up, it was amazing to her how fast it had all happened

It was almost a relief that she was pregnant again, it would keep the household busy

As soon as Emerald woke up, he called on Fiona 

There was no doubt in his mind that it was time to pop the big question

Her squealing yes only confirmed what he already knew, that she was meant to be his wife

The party was set only a few short weeks later

Everyone came out to have a blast

Obsidian went up to Colette to apologize for the terrible date they had, and in the same breath she did the same.

They made amends quickly and became romantic interests again

Amethyst loved playing Queen of the small playground that was off to the side of the wedding grounds

Topaz enjoyed some alone time with his IF Buddy

The gang all had a great time, Pearl won the apple bobbing contest

The loved ones danced as the sun set

They only stopped when the sun went down in order to eat before their final commitment

Finally, the big moment came, Emerald spoke about how she had the ability to make any bad day into a great one, she was his light on a dark day. He promised to love her and care for her until death did them part. 

She spoke about how he was her knight in shining armor, the man who was always there to wipe the tears away, she promised to commit to their marriage fully. 

It was.. perfect

Tulip cried with bittersweet joy. Her son went on to move in with Fiona, and after the celebration was over Ruby let Tulip know that she moved in with Nora. 

100 baby challenge - second generation - Date night

The teens all decided to go out on a big group outing, all three couples. Emerald with Fiona, Obsidian with Colette and Ruby with Nora.

Emerald and Fiona were old pros at hanging out together, they were even shyly starting to talk about their future together

Obsidian seemed to be hitting it off with Colette, but when the moment of truth came and he tried to kiss her to seal the deal, she pulled away.

He was confused and heartbroken over her rejection, but she just shook her head and told him she had to leave. 

She very pointedly didn't make plans to meet again.

Ruby was doing a bit better with Nora, they spent the evening just staring at the stars and cuddling.

Emerald swept Fiona off her feet and they shared a passionate good bye
